Guilherme Stefanini is CEO at Haus, Stefanini Group's digital marketing ecosystem composed by W3haus, Gauge, Ecglobal, Huia, Inspiring and Brooke. He is also organizer of the Leading Digital Transformation Program at INSEAD. The executive started his career working in Investment Banking and Strategic Consulting. At Stefanini, he managed IT operations and new digital services development and he was ahead of Stefanini Ventures, the group's new businesses conglomerate which has more than 30 companies, digital ventures and initiatives that use new technologies in segments such as marketing, finances, operations, among others, that have grown 20 times its size in the past 6 years. He is graduated in Business Management at FGV-EAESP.
Professional with experience in marketing and business, in the industrial and retail segments. She holds a degree in Public Relations and in Advertising and Propaganda, with a postgraduate degree in digital. Currently, she is the service director at Huia and has worked in the marketing area, in advertising and publicity agencies, and in endomarketing companies, contributing to brands such as Lojas Renner, Grendene, BRMalls, Tetra Pak and others. Renata is dynamic and likes to be always exchanging with people, whether at work or in meetings with family and friends.
As a technology professional, he has served as sysadmin, IT infrastructure manager, devops, developer and tech lead throughout his 15 years of experience. As a lover of the area, he likes to play around with home automation. He helped big brands like Tramontina, iFood, O Boticário, Petrobras and Santander bring their projects to life. He is curious, self-taught, believes in teamwork, and loves a good conversation.
As Creative Director, he led campaigns for brands such as O Boticário, Lacta and Rider. As Head of Innovation, he created virtual reality experiences, games and apps for brands such as Petrobras and Fila. As an indie developer, he created color blindness simulator and educational games. As a father, he still has a lot to learn.
Passionate about digital interfaces, he has worked in several points of the design spectrum. He has the skills of a digital producer, a focus on the design of interfaces and experiences, and without fear of continuing to learn new methods and technologies. With 20 years of experience in the area, he has led projects and teams in agencies in Brazil and Australia.
