We starterthe project with the challenge of revamping the website of the largest credit cooperative in the country. The main goal was to bring a modern feel with a better user experience, and a tech update behind.
It took 2 months of research to identify people's main needs.
To improve usability and accessibility, the content was redone, a new navigation structure was created, in addition to adjustments throughout the visual identity.
That way, the user can navigate intuitively, accessing all the content and finding what he needs with ease, feeling that the cooperative is by his side, translating his needs into accessible language and helping to answer questions.
